In preparation for the 2023 general election, the Bola Ahmed Tinubu Solidarity Vanguard( BATSV) has been Inaugurated in Imo state.
BATSV is a support group advocating for the presidential ambition of the National Leader of the All progressives Congress APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The Global Chairman of the group Dr Dare Owotomobi at the inauguration extolled the virtues of Tinubu whom he described as the most qualified for the exalted position.

“Based on his selflessness, human capacity building, economic wizardry, ability to have insight into future,his talent hunting ability, their is need to come together to support him,so that he can replicate what he had done in Lagos in Nigeria”
The BATSV global Chairman also applauded the agility of the former Lagos state governor added that “Tinubu has stable / sound health and that people talking about him are not stronger than him”.
Present at the Imo BATSV inauguration were notable Politicians majorly from the East which include: Barrister Henry Alaribe, the southeast coordinator, Hon Mrs Juliet Egbo,a member of board of Federal Polytechnic, kaduna,Mrs Callista Nwachukwu,a former council boss and immediate past state woman leader of Anambra APC and present state treasurer, Dr Ade,Otunba Andrew, Emelogu among others.
A former Chairman of Imo SIEC ,Barrister Akpari was appointed as the state Chairman of the group, while the 45 state exco and 27 local Government coordinators were sworn in ,most of the state Exco were former commissioners ,former house Assembly member and former council bosses.
