The Young Progressives Party (YPP) candidate for Ifako-Ijaiye federal constituency, Buraimoh Peter Folajimi, has declared that no one can prevent the inauguration of the incoming administration of the President Elect,Bola Ahmed Tinubu on May 29, he added that Tinubu’s swearing- in has been ordained by God ,saying prophesies and intimidations aimed at truncating the May 29 inauguration would not stand.
Buraimoh, in a statement shared with Journalists in Abuja on Tuesday, described Tinubu as a progressive politician, an astute administrator and a detribalised Nigerian, who performed creditably as Lagos governor.
He urged people to support Tinubu to enable him realise his plans for the country
Against all these pronouncements, Buraimoh urged all Nigerians to rally round him and let him use his wealth of experience to bring a new Nigeria we have all been clamoring for.
“Whether anybody likes it or not, a new government must take place on the 29th May, 2023 and no other person would be sworn-in than the democratically elected President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Let’s all rally round him, pray for him and support him for a renewed hope. Here is a man popularly elected by the people of Nigeria,” he said.
He said, “Nobody can stop the inauguration because it is law that brought everybody and nobody is above the law.Our President is elected. He has won the 2023 presidential election and we are waiting for the inauguration.
“We are calling Nigerians to keep calm because there is nobody that can stop this inauguration.”
While speaking on unity, he said the coming Tinubu as president would unite the country more .
“We are one and we believe so much in each other. What is happening in Nigeria today they called division is a normal thing you see or hear anywhere in the world.
“What we are doing here to thank Almighty God for the victory of Ahmed Bola Tinubu and Senator Kashim Shettima and also defend our mandate God give to us because we trust the president elect and by God grace,come may 29,2023 he would be swearing as the president of Federal Republic of Nigeria,” he said.
