The higher institution football league 4th edition round of 16 currently taking place across the Nation held a competitive spirit between EKSU Mountainous and the FUOYE team which was decided today at the EKSU playing ground.
Speaking at the sports competition, the Vice Chancellor of Ekiti State University Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Professor Edward Olanipekun readily expressed his eagerness to improve sporting facilities at the varsity to facilitate sport activities.
The EKSU team succeeded in defeating the FUOYE team with a lone goal towards the end of the match.
Professor Olanipekun also opened up on his willingness to create more space for the construction of one of the best ultra modern sports complex in the country, further stating that it is paramount for the facilities to be provided and to appreciate talents, thereby providing an avenue for more growth.
