….as NGO Doles out Food, Medicine to sick,vulnerables
A Non Governmental Organisation Damilola Niran Ademuyiwa VIsions Foundation (DNAVF) has extended humanitarian gestures to the indigents in Ekiti state.
This is coming as the NGO gave out free food items and medicines to the sick and vulnerable in the State.
The Convener of the program who is from Igede Ekiti Mrs Damilola Niran Ademuyiwa said “the program was put together to bring good health to the people at the grassroots and a way of giving back in her own way”
The two day program started with a medical outreach to the vulnerables and food items such as Rice, noodles, Maggi, groundnut oil and more.
Speaking with reporters, the organizer, Mrs Ademuyiwa who said “the program has been staged in Lagos and Ibadan”.
She added that it was time “for Ekiti to benefit and enjoy what others are enjoying”.
She stated that “DNAVF came to being as a way of bringing succour to the less privileged and not politically motivated”.
Some of the beneficiaries which included top chiefs, Iyalojas, students and pupils appreciated the kind gesture of DNAVF and prayed for her continued success.
The country representative Mr Ogunsua Ayotomiwa said DNAVF is always ready to put smiles on the faces of people irrespective of race or colour.
