The Global chairman of Bola Ahmed Tinubu solidarity vanguard,BATS-V Ambassador Dr. Dare Owotomobi has described as surprising, the death of the Speaker, Ekiti State, House of Assembly,Rt.Hon Funminiyi Afuye who died on Wednesday at Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital, EKSUTH Ado Ekiti.

Owotomobi in a condolence message made available by his Director of lnformation, Mr Adeyomoye Adebayo said” The death of Hon Funminiyi Afuye was amazing and disturbed everyone’.
The Global chairman described the late Speaker and number three citizen in Ekiti State as a man of incandescent intelligent,bold, brilliant,contented and unassuming personality whose death will be missed by the good people of Ekiti State.
“Amb. Owotomobi,on behalf of BATS vanguard commiserate with the immediate family of the deceased, friends and associates in lkere Ekiti over the sudden demise of this illustrious and foremost politician”.
He therefore,pray to God to forgive his sins, accept his soul, comfort his family and Grant them the fortitude to bear the loss.
