The Alaafin of Oyo Oba Lamidi Adeyemi has joined his ancestors.
The monarch who died at the age of 83 , reportedly passed away in the late hours of Friday at the Afe Babalola University Teaching Hospital, Ado (ABUAD).
The remains of the late Alaafin of Oyo was said to have been handed over to his family at Idi-Igba, Oyo town early Saturday morning.
Oba Lamidi Adeyemi was the longest-reigning Alaafin after ruling for 52 years before his death.
