… Says BAO Is Next African World Leader
The emergence of Governor of Ekiti State, Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, has been adjudged as God’s anointing to contribute his quota to the restoration of the State to the ideals it was reckoned with in the comity of States, especially as known as a Fountain Of Knowledge/Land Of Honour.
These days, it is believed in many quarters that the indices and other attributes that made the State an entity that prides itself distinctively in education, agriculture and untapped abundant natural resources have been dimming for a long time.
However, with the way the Governor, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, aka, BAO, hit the ground running after being sworn in, in October 2022 and his reconciliation effort with diverse segments of the indigenes of the State both at home and in the diaspora irrespective of political affiliations, indicates good omen for the state. He has been commended for what many described as a step in the right direction.
Baring his mind on this is an octogenarian and museum curator, in Okemesi-Ekiti, in Ekiti West Local Government Area of the State, Chief Banji Adeseko, who believes that the lost values of Ekiti State have been fully restored since 2022, with Oyebanji’s emergence as its chief executive.
This was made known to our correspondent when he visited the Pavilion, Gallery, Exhibition, Demonstration and Materials for Distribution to Move Ekiti and Nigeria forward in Leadership and in Followership, at Okemesi Ekiti.
“According to chief Adeseko, Ado-Ekiti, led the world between 10th to 17th century and the first world award in Federalism and Democracy was won by Ekiti. That’s seven hundred years of Federalism and Democracy, which made the Colonialists to jealously colonise us in 18th century, said the Octogenarian.
Chief Adeseko, who said he has been part of history continues to open up on why he believes the governor will re-write the history of Ekiti which will place it on national and global reckoning.
“All our past glories in Ekiti were lost to colonialism. We suffered from 18th century to 1960 that Nigeria got independence. After the independence, we were not given our behaviour controllers, because Nigeria was under perfect behaviour control between 10th and 17th century when we were led by 16 miracle performers from the Kingdom of Heaven.
“Colonialists changed our name from a “Behaviour Control Nation. They call us Nigeria in the 1842. Every Academician knows this. we were taught in schools, primary, secondary and University that, Behaviour Control was our initial name before it was changed by the colonialists.
“The 16 miracle performers produced the first miracle at Ekiti here, with Oduduwa at Ile-Ife. We joined hands together to produce the first world computer upon the shoulders which the present computer climbed. They climbed Ekiti Computer to pre-eminence.
To this Octogenarian, solutions to the lingering challenges facing Ekiti as a State and Nigeria as a country, call for the need to go back to the 10th and 17th centuries which he said was why the Creator arrived in Nigeria, in Ado-Ekiti since 2020. Adding that Ekiti is the solution to Nigeria and that Nigeria is the solution of Africa.
As a man who has in his Exhibition Rooms the different problems of all the sixteen Local Government Areas of Ekiti State, and the seven hundred and seventy-four local governments in Nigeria, with solutions as displayed in his museum posited that each State governor will stand in front of the problems of his State and receive solutions.
Attaining this in the words of Adeseko means, the Governor of each State of the federation has to invite the Chairmen of their various local governments possibly to a board room and have the facts placed before them.
He stressed that for the nation, the president has to invite all the state governors too and have the problems and solutions of each State presented before them as contained in the exhibitions.
“We have 200, 000,000 Nigerians. You can actually see with your eye that every 200 million Nigerian will receive solutions from the Kingdom of Heaven and they will be liberated
To have a better Nigeria and greater Africa, he alluded to the late Nelson Mandela who was the first African World Leader in Federalism and Democracy and that, Barrack Obama was the second black African World Leader in Federalism and Democracy. Who is the next from black African World. Who is next after Nelson Mandela and Barrack Obama? Who is next from black African World? Chief Adeseko queried and responded at the same time that, Mr. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, the Executive Governor of Ekiti State, Nigeria, West Africa, is the next. Said Chief Adeseko.
“Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji is an anointed governor from the Creator because I started this programme in 1956 and I was told that the user is going to be the governor and that the governor will be my son when I finish, so that my efforts will not be in vain and I finished all the works late last year when Oyebanji became the Governor of Ekiti State. That makes the Governor my son.
“What the colonialists did to move the world forward, BAO, as the governor of Ekiti State will do better, what the colonialists did to move the world forward, black African, Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti State, Nigeria, West Africa, will do better through the will of the Creator in the kingdom of heaven to the earth world.
The 84-year-old Adeseko, said he expects the Governor to take over the project from him, because it’s destined for him as a son. “He should see this and take it as God’s promise for him. With this, I know God will bless him the more if he can take it up”. He concluded.
To many who may not know who Dr Banji Adeseko is, he is a Museum Curator and the founder of Lagos State Ethnographic Museum. through this, he established Lagos State University Museum and he was the Director of the museum of the Lagos State University from 1999 to 2006.
