Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has asked fans and colleagues to address her by her former name, Toyin Aimakhu, ahead of the release of her upcoming movie, _Bestie_.
The actress made the announcement on X while intensifying promotions for the film, which is scheduled to hit cinemas in December.
In her post, Toyin said she wants to be called by her former name for this period, embracing the identity many of her longtime fans remember.
“CALL ME TOYIN AIMAKHU for this era,” she wrote.
Toyin was formerly known as Toyin Aimakhu before adopting the name Toyin Abraham, which she has used for several years.
