Applauds Fayemi’s administration on Introduction of Community Projects

The Ekiti State Governor Mr.Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji has urged the leadership of local government in the state on innovative ideas for community development.
The governor who disclosed that most of the projects in the local government/LCDCs was initiated by the immediate past administration of Dr.John Kayode Fayemi spoke on Wednesday during a one year anniversary celebration of the present leadership of Ado Local Government Council
The Governor represented by the Secretary to the state government Dr. Habibat Omolara Adubiaro appreciated the administration of the former Governor Fayemi for his support towards effective administration at the local government level.
Dr. Adubiaro congratulated the chairman of the Local Government and his team Hon. Bosun Osaloni for a remarkable 1st year in office with the commissioning of the completed projects not minding the little resources of the state.
Secretary to the state government described the local government council “as the third tier of government that is much closer to the people and responsible for bringing the dividends of democracy closer to the grassroots” .
Mrs. Adubiaro stressed the need for every Local Government Areas and Local Council Development Areas in the State “to look inward and spring up meaningful projects that would help improve the standard of living of the people in their immediate environment.
“I wish to implore the leaders of this local government to keep up the good work and to continuously be innovative in your capacity as leaders, because you cannot afford to rest on your previous achievements on an ever-changing world, I promise that the state government as well as your people would regularly be on the lookout for more laudable projects to be undertaken by you and your administration in this local government,she advised”
Also the former Deputy Governor, Chief Bisi Egbeyemi thanked the local government Boss and his team for this laudable projects within a year.
