NUT Boss,OKE Emmanuel becomes Akoni Oodua

It was a moment of joy and happiness recently when Yoruba Study Group under the leadership of a veteran actor Chief Peter Fatomilola in conjunction with Prof Joshua Akinwale bestowed a prestigious award of Akoni Oodua on Comrade Oke Emmanuel, Chairman Nigeria Union of Teachers Ekiti State Wing for his Sterling leadership qualities.


According to chief Fatomilola, “comrade Oke is a unique personality with unmatchable qualities”.


The veteran actor lauded his giant strides in taking NUT in Ekiti State to higher level with ” innovative ideas to improve welfare of teachers”.


Fatomilola noted that Comrade Oke is a Yoruba man who is doing everything possible to promote Yoruba culture and tradition among the teachers.

While responding Comrade Oke thanked the Yoruba Cultural Group under chief Peter Fatomilola for counting him worthy for the award.


Oke who considered this award as an award he value and cherish, promised to put in “more effort in improving on the welfare of teachers in the state by embarking on various programs and do more in promoting Yoruba culture and tradition”.
