…Receives royal blessing
The Newly Sworn-in Secretary to Ekiti State Government,SSG, Dr Habibat Omolara Adubiaro on Monday paid a “Thank you” visit to the Ewi of Ado-Ekiti, His Royal Majesty, Oba(Dr) Rufus Adeyemo Adejugbe Aladesanmi iii.
Dr Adubiaro who was accompanied to the Ewi’s palace by her husband, Hon. Sulaiman Oni Adubiaro alongside others also met the Ewi-In-Council to show her profound appreciation for their support.
The SSG in her brief remark thanked the monarch and the Ewi-in-Council for standing solidly behind her and promised to use her position for the betterment of the state capital.
“Kabiesi, the purpose of my visit to you is to show appreciation for your support and good disposition towards our family. You have always treated me as your daughter. I am extremely grateful Kabiesi.
“I want to use this opportunity to reiterate my commitment towards the progress of Ado-Ekiti. Be rest assured that the interest of Ado-Ekiti will be well protected.
“I Will make you proud and you will never regret of having me in this position”
Earlier, the Odo-Ile of Ado-Ekiti, Chief Bayo Ogunmodimu on behalf of the Ewi and the Ewi-in-Council showed appreciation to the SSG for deeming it fit to pay them “thank you” visit. He described Dr. Adubiaro as a woman of good virtues and epitome of humility.
Chief Ogunmodimu wished the SSG success tenure in office.
“On behalf of Kabiesi and the Ewi-in-Council, we are extremely grateful for deeming it fit to pay us this visit. You have always humbled yourself. You have not for once disappointed us and we are optimistic that you will never disappoint us with this your new position”
Thereafter, the new SSG received royal blessing from the Ewi of Ado-Ekiti.
