The recognition, organised by the Consumers Value Awards under the auspices of BrandXchange, was based on the Citizen Scorecard, a platform designed to provide citizens with an opportunity to assess public institutions from the perspective of the people they serve.

With LSPC recording 81.1 per cent of the total valid votes, the recognition represents a strong expression of citizen confidence in the Corporation’s commitment to quality, reliability, professionalism and efficient service delivery.

The award also stands as a significant milestone in the ongoing transformation of the Lagos State Printing Corporation under the leadership of Hon. Dr. Kolawole Peregrino and within the broader vision of the administration of His Excellency, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, Executive Governor of Lagos State, particularly in strengthening public institutions and improving service delivery to the people.

Since assuming leadership of the Corporation, Dr. Peregrino has continued to place emphasis on professionalism, operational efficiency, staff development, customer satisfaction, institutional visibility, innovation and a strong sense of public-sector responsibility. These efforts have contributed to the Corporation’s continuing repositioning as a responsive and dependable government printing institution.

Speaking on the recognition, the General Manager expressed profound appreciation to the organisers of the Consumers Value Awards and, most importantly, to the citizens whose votes contributed to LSPC’s victory.

He described the award as both a celebration of the Corporation’s progress and a renewed responsibility to do more.
“This recognition is a reflection of the confidence that citizens have placed in the Lagos State Printing Corporation. We are deeply grateful for this recognition, and we see it as a responsibility to do even more,” he said.

Dr. Peregrino dedicated the achievement to the entire workforce of the Corporation, acknowledging the contributions of past and present members of staff to the growth and development of LSPC. He also appreciated the Lagos State Government for its continued support and for providing an enabling environment for the Corporation to fulfil its mandate.

He noted that the 81.1 per cent citizen endorsement would further motivate management and staff to sustain the culture of excellence and continuously improve the quality, reliability and professionalism of services delivered to clients and stakeholders.

The Lagos State Printing Corporation reaffirmed its commitment to quality, professionalism, innovation, integrity, reliability and customer satisfaction, stressing that the award would serve not as an end in itself but as encouragement to achieve even greater milestones.

The Corporation expressed appreciation to the organisers of the Consumers Value Awards, the citizens and stakeholders whose confidence produced the remarkable 81.1 per cent vote, the Lagos State Government, and the entire LSPC workforce for their collective contributions to this significant achievement.
