Keep Hope Alive, Ekiti NOA Director Charges Nigerians, Celebrates Nation @62

The Ekiti state Director of  National Orientation Agency NOA Mrs Olawumi Famuyiwa has urged Nigerians to keep hope alive and think of what individuals can do to move the Nation to greatness.

The NOA boss in a statement by the public relations officer  PRO,Ronke Afebioye- Samo made the assertion while congratulating the citizens on the occasion of the 62nd Independence day celebration in Ado Ekiti, the state capital

Mrs Famuyiwa in her words stated that, she is “optimistic that things can improve in the country, if everyone is deliberate and sincere about Nation- building and showing commitment to the project Nigeria by imbibing her core values and being an agent of change”.

She said, the economic and security challenges being witnessed is not peculiar to Nigeria alone but a global issue, hence everyone should braze up to confront these challenges with all the might at our disposal until respite comes our way.

Famuyiwa reiterated the commitment of the Agency to continued dissemination, sensitization and mobilization of the general public towards achieving laudable government programs for the good people of Ekiti.

While wishing Nigerians a memorable celebration, Mrs Famuyiwa urged them to use the occasion to reflect on the fact that our founding fathers still came together for Independence despite the difference in tongue, faith and tribe, she pleaded with Nigerians to shun violence and be security conscious, saying we shall overcome all hurdles if we do not relent in our efforts.
