The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) Head of Service, Mrs Grace Adayilo, is dead.
Adayilo according to some family died in the early hours on Monday.
Although there has not been official announcement regarding her death from the Federal Capital Territory Administration as of the time of filling this report, but competent sources within the Administration also confirmed the death.
Adayilo, a former Education Secretary of the Abuja Municipal Area Council(AMAC), was appointed by the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, as the first FCT Head of Service following the approval of of a new civil service structure for the FCT by President Bola Tinubu.
Late Adayilo was last seen at a church service on Sunday, August 31, 2025 where she reportedly made some declarations.
She , also represented the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, at the G-7 security summit in Abuja last week.
