The wife of Ekiti state governor,Erelu Bisi Fayemi will on Tuesday,30th of August commission two water projects facilitated by the House of Representatives candidate of the All Progressives congress APC Oye/ Ikole Federal Constituency,in the next general election,Hon.Akin Rotimi.

The two water projects were donated by Bizzell Global to underserved communities in Ekiti State Nigeria.
A press release signed by the Nigeria Country Manager, Bizzell Global,Damilola Oshinowo and made available to Newshereandthere stated that the beneficiary communities are Odo Ayedun-Ekiti and Oke Ako-Ekiti, both located in Ajoni Local Council Development Area LCDA in Ekiti State.

The statement added that Mrs Fayemi will in the presence of Dr. Anton C. Bizzell, the Group Chief Executive Office of Bizzell Global commission the projects.
“The projects are being donated as part of Bizzell Global’s corporate social responsibility and is in furtherance of SDGs Goal 6 on Clean Water and Sanitation. It is particularly geared towards expanding international cooperation and building capacity in developing countries for water and sanitation related programs”

The projects facilitator, Akin Rotimi who is also a community leader says that “the initiative goes a long way in consolidating the cordial relationship between the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the United States of America, and is a demonstration of citizen diplomacy championed by well-meaning Americans in collaboration with Nigerians who have worked together to deliver the project.”
The traditional ruler of Odo Ayedun-Ekiti, one of the beneficiary communities, His Royal Majesty Oba Dr. Solomon Ilesanmi Ajibade JP (Ajigbotoluwa I), the Owa of Odo Ayedun, expressed his gratitude on behalf of the community, and announced that the commissioning event would also feature the conferment of an honorary chieftaincy title on Dr. Anton C. Bizzell, in appreciation of his philanthropic gesture.
