Let me also use this opportunity to appreciate three of my friends and brothers from Ado Ekiti, who are not here; Bashorun Tope Alabi, Ajayi ‘Jasper’ Adepoju and my good brother, Senator Babafemi Ojudu. I must confess that these three Ado Ekiti illustrious sons, gave me huge support before, during and after the June 18 election.

“To whom much is given much is expected. On this note, I want to assure our people that what is due to Ado will be given to Ado,”

Oyebanji restated his commitment to ensure that party leaders and members have a say in the appointment of those that would represent them in his government. He also appealed to those that would be appointed not to be selfish but see their position as an opportunity to serve the people.

“I want to appeal to our people that would be lucky with appointments to know that they are holding the position for the benefit of the people not for themselves.
