“Don’t Forget Me And Our Children” – Toluwanisings’ Widow Breaks Down In Tears At Tribute Night
Elizabeth Olayemi, widow of late gospel musician Olayemi Bayonile Bolaji, popularly known as Toluwanisings, has appealed to her late husband not to forget her and their children.
Elizabeth made the emotional appeal on Tuesday evening during his tribute night and service of songs held on October 27, 2026, in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The event was attended by several prominent artistes.
Speaking at the gathering, Elizabeth broke down in tears as she expressed how much she would miss her husband.
“Toluwanisings, my dear husband, I will forever miss you. Please don’t forget your children and me,” she said.
Her tribute comes amid reports of a disagreement between her and her late husband’s family over his final resting place.
According to reports circulating online, Elizabeth reportedly opposed plans to bury him at their home in Ibadan, insisting that he should instead be laid to rest in a cemetery.
