The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), Ekiti State Chapter, has extolled Honourable Bimbo Daramola, former member of the House of Representatives, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a man of uncommon vision, courage, and compassion whose life embodies selfless service and unwavering commitment to humanity.
The Women Journalists also appreciated the media and gender friendliness of the political icon which they described as an act that should be emulated by stakeholders in the society.
In a congratulatory message jointly signed by the Chairperson, Comrade Adewumi Ademiju, and the Secretary, Comrade Funmi Falae, the association commended Hon. Daramola for his unwavering support for the media and his genuine love for journalists, noting that he has remained a consistent friend and ally of the press both within and beyond Ekiti State.
The NAWOJ Chairperson noted that “Hon. Daramola’s remarkable contributions to community development, youth empowerment, and national growth, as well as his exemplary leadership and people-centered representation in the National Assembly, remain a benchmark for integrity, dedication, and service.”
The statement further described Daramola ” as a patriotic Nigerian whose humility, compassion, and commitment to truth and justice continue to endear him to many.”
While praying for God’s continued guidance and blessings upon him, NAWOJ Ekiti wished Hon. Bimbo Daramola many more years of sound health, fulfillment, and impactful service to humanity.
