Ado-Ekiti Indigene, Sunday Ola Donates Sports Equipment to Alma mater

As part of his quest to impact on the society that made him, Ado Ekiti born, philanthropist, Mr Sunday Ola will on Monday February 14 donate a pair of complete football to his alma mata, Mary Hill Boys High School in Ado Ekiti.

 

The event holds at the school premises by noon.

Mr Ola who is the founder of Sunday Ola Foundation said the gesture would be the beginning of numerous people oriented programs that would be initiated by his foundation.

He said his vision was to touch lives and lift the down trodden in his community within his limited resources.

The Ceo of Sunday Ola Foundation (SOF) emphasized the need for privileged individuals to complement government’s efforts at putting smiles on the faces of the less privileged people in the society.

While calling on other alumnus to reach out to their alma mata, he noted that his interest in youth and sports development prompted his decision to donate sports equipment to the secondary school where he graduated.

He promised “to do more for the school, youth as well as the aged in his country home, Ado Ekiti and nearby communities in coming weeks with a view to alleviating the sufferings of vulnerable citizens”
