Ado Central LCDA Chairman Ojo Seals Deal with MSRL on Real Estate Development

The Chairman of Ado Central Local Council Development Area Mr Toyin Ojo has sealed a deal with Metro Shelter Realty Limited with a view to transform the Tosin Aluko Motor park to an economic center.

Mr Ojo while signing an agreement with the company at a ceremony held at the council secretariat in Ado said that investing in real estate investment would go along way in boosting the Internally Generated Revenue of the council.

The Ado Central LCDA Chairman Mr Ojo and the Council Secretary Princess Adenike Adeleye signed unbehalf of the LCDA, the Director General Ekiti State Development and Investment Promotion Agency Mrs Lolade Olutola signed for the state government while Dr Bekky Olubukola signed for the company at the ceremony.

The Ado Central LCDA Chairman during Programme thanked Governor Biodun Oyebanji for his vision in transforming the Tosin Aluko Park which had over the years turned to a criminal hideout.

According to Mr Ojo an Engineer, he was excited that MSR Group was ready to change the narratives of the area with their real estate outlook.

The Ado LCDA Chairman said he was bent on activating all economic potential and development prospects of the LCDA and to build a more viable economy as well provide the people access to opportunities irrespective of their social status.

The Director General Ekiti State Development and Investment Promotion Agency Mrs Lolade Olutola said that Governor Oyebanji would continue to support the government at the grassroots in bringing dividends of democracy to the people.

The Chairman of Real Shelter Realty Limited Dr Bekky Olubukola commended the Ekiti State Government for creating an enabling environment which are critical to fast-tracking investment and economic activities.

She expressed the readiness of the company to support the Government’s innovative programmes and work out modalities for implementing the agreement immediately.

According to her the estate would have a shopping mall, Cinema and Outdoor game center and would be equipped with modern day facilities that included a good road network, 24 hours electricity supply among other facilities.

The team led by the Ado Central LCDA Chairman visited the proposed site where existing facilities were inspected.

At the ceremony were other political office holders and management staff of the LCDA.
