The Executive Chairman of Gbonyin Local Council Development Area Hon Damilare Ajayi has commisserated with the members of the immediate family and the entire Aisegba Ekiti community over the death of their bread winner and an illustrious son late Hon Babatunde Abegunde.
Until his death, late Abegunde was the chairman of Ekiti State Teaching Service Commission.
Late Abegunde
In a release signed by the Public Relations Officer to the chairman Mr Peter Omotayo, he described late Babatunde Abegunde as a political leader, grassroot mobilizer, committed and dedicated to the countunity agenda of Dr John kayode Fayemi.
As a politician Hon Abegunde was unique and different as he was always working for the advancement of All Progressives Congress(APC) and Aisegba Ekiti in general.
The council boss enjoined the family and Aisegba Community to take solace in the fact that late Abegunde lived a well meaning life worthy of emulation.
