A Magazine projecting the development on women/ girl child, youths and Children at large, NEWSHEREANDTHERE has conferred an ‘Icon in Women Entrepreneur’ award on the convener of Ekiti Online Market, Jane Adeyemo popularly known as Isabella for her contributions to gender equity.

Isabella is the pioneer and CEO of Ekiti Online market, a popular buy-and-sell platform that empowers women to buy and sell from the comfort of their homes.
Ekiti online market buy and sell platform has over 15,000 registered members of which 90% are women.
It has 10 qualified administrators that take care of the day to day running of the platform, which is situated on WhatsApp, telegram and Facebook making an annual sale returns of over 10million naira.
Adeyemo is the CEO Isabella fashion house, situated in Ado Ekiti and the CEO ‘heavenly weddings and Event’, an Event and hostessing outfit situated in Lagos Nigeria, among others.
She is an alumnus of the BusyBee Academy Lagos Nigeria, where she trained to become a certified Events and project manager 2016.
Under her tutorship, she has trained over 50 students in Event planning and Management, among many groundbreaking performances.
According to the Coordinator of the NEWSHEREANDTHERE magazine, Adewumi Ademiju, “the magazine is established to serve as a veritable platform for the general public on gender reportage aimed at National development”.
She added that “the clamour for the development of women/girl Child and Child care in general is crucial for human advancement and has gained more momentum which necessitates the importance of harnessing Journalism as a profession in boosting the call for a tremendous positive outcome”.
In her acceptance speech, Isabella promised to “make Ekiti women proud” by making sure they train more women to become trailblazers.
“On behalf of Ekiti Online Market, we really appreciate you all. Thank you for recognising our efforts.
“It has not been easy starting this but we thank God on where we are today. And even having this award, recognising what we are doing, we promise to do even more.
” we will make Ekiti proud, we will make every woman proud that indeed women can actually be trailblazers to whatever they set their minds to do.
“We are here to lead them and to show them the way.” She stated.
