The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), Ekiti State Chapter, has congratulated Mr Olayinka Oyebode on his reappointment as Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Oyebanji, alongside Prof. Habibat Adubiaro and Mr Oyeniyi Adebayo on their appointments as Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and Chief of Staff to the Governor, respectively.
The appointments followed the inauguration of Governor Oyebanji for a second term in office.
In a congratulatory statement signed by its Chairperson, Mrs Adewumi Ademiju and Secretary, Funmi Falae, NAWOJ described the appointments as a recognition of the appointees’ competence, experience and contributions to the development of Ekiti State.
The association expressed confidence in their ability to bring their wealth of experience to bear in their respective offices and support the governor’s commitment to good governance and sustainable development.
NAWOJ Ekiti wished the appointees success in their new and renewed responsibilities, expressing hope that their service would further advance the welfare of the people and the development of the state.
