NOA Ekiti Celebrates citizens,seeks more commitment to National Development in the new year.

The Director of the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Ekiti State Directorate, Mrs. Oluwakemi Akomolede, has sent warm New Year greetings to the good people of Ekiti State as they welcome the new year.

 

Mrs Akomolede in a press release signed by the NOA Ekiti, Head of Media and Communication ,Ronke Afebioye-Samo sincerely appreciated the government and people of the State for their continuous support, cooperation and partnership with the National Orientation Agency over the past year.

 

She stated that: ” the progress recorded by the Agency would not have been possible without the understanding and support of stakeholders across the state”.

She also commended traditional rulers, religious leaders, community leaders, youths, civil society groups, the media and all residents of Ekiti State for standing with the Agency in promoting peace, unity, patriotism and responsible citizenship.

The Director prayed for a better, more peaceful and prosperous Nigeria in the new year. She urged citizens to remain law-abiding, united and committed to national development, noting that together Nigerians can overcome challenges and build a stronger nation.

Mrs. Akomolede reaffirmed the commitment of the National Orientation Agency to continue sensitising and educating citizens on government policies and programmes, as well as promoting the core values that bind Nigerians together. She assured that the Agency will intensify its activities in the new year to promote national unity, good governance and peaceful coexistence.

Mrs Akomolede concluded by wishing the people of Ekiti State a happy New Year filled with good health, progress and shared prosperity.
