

The Secretary to Ekiti State Government (SSG), Prof. Habibat Adubiaro has celebrated her 60th birthday in a touching and memorable manner with children from Ado-Ekiti Special School. The event took place at ǰthe Old Governor’s Office, Ado-Ekiti was marked with funfair, gratitude and acts of kindness.
In her remarks, Prof. Adubiaro said she chose to celebrate with the less privileged in line with the exemplary leadership style of her boss, Governor Biodun Oyebanji, who is known for spending special occasions with the vulnerable and underserved.

She expressed profound gratitude to God for the gift of life and grace to impact lives positively, noting that celebrating with the children brings her true joy and fulfillment.

“As a loyal disciple of Governor Biodun Oyebanji, I have learned that true leadership is about compassion, service and touching lives. That is why I decided to spend my birthday with these wonderful children,” she said.

As part of the celebration, the SSG donated various essential items to the children, including foodstuffs, exercise books, Biro s, noodles, spaghetti, toiletries and other useful materials.

In her goodwill message, the Permanent Secretary, Cabinet and Special Services Department, Dr. Oyeyemi Kayode-Ojo, commended the SSG for her generosity and compassionate spirit. She prayed for long life, prosperity and continued strength for Prof. Adubiaro, describing her as a leader with a heart of service.
Teachers and caregivers of the Special School also appreciated the SSG for her unwavering support to vulnerable children and prayed for God’s continued blessings upon her life.
The colorful celebration was attended by government officials, family members, friends, and well-wishers who came together to honor Prof. Adubiaro on her diamond jubilee.
