Stakeholders from the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), under the aegis of FUOYE Progressive Society, (FPS/) have warned the state chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, (NYCN) Mr. Segun Bankole against alleged acts capable of destabilizing the peace of the University, saying” he is meddling in affairs outside the purview of his office and playing with fire by allowing himself to be used by political gladiators in the system who are losing in the on going VCship race, to cause chaos in FUOYE in the name of an unthoughtful protest.”

” Segun Bankole of NYCN and his Shinanigan in FUOYE Today calls for retrospection.
One would wonder why Bankole, a supposed civil servant, would involve himself so deeply in political activities, especially those concerning a Federal University like Oye-Ekiti. Little wonder the promiscuous young man was reportedly redeployed from Government House Protocol to an unknown destination for his mischievous, criminal, and mole-like activities. One should rightfully ask Bankole, who apparently couldn’t manage his own life appropriately, having lost four of his co-executives due to his recklessness, greediness, and poor leadership skills, why he isn’t focused on fixing his own life instead of jumping into the academic affairs of FUOYE, a domain where he is neither a student nor an alumnus.
“The story of how his once-fabled Lexus car suddenly downgraded to a Peugeot 505 is a tale that will be told very soon. We strongly advise him to stay out of FUOYE activities, or else he will inevitably face doom, even in his purportedly ‘scam’ YSJ farming activities, “the statement said.
