The Secretary to the State Government Dr Habibat Adubiaro has commended the large turn out of voters as well as the innovations deployed by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the Presidential and National Assembly Election.
The SSG gave the commendation while addressing newsmen shortly after casting her vote at the Olaoluwa Muslim Grammar School Falegan area of Ado Ekiti.
Dr Adubiaro who cast her vote at about nine in the morning said that the peaceful conduct of the electorates was commendable.
She said that the BVAS initiated by INEC had brought sanity and credibility to the election process in the country.
Dr Adubiaro also lauded the security agents for their “professional conduct” and urged them to be relentless even after the election.
She advised the voters to continue “to conduct themselves peacefully during and after the election”.
