The Institute of Corporate and Public Sector Professionals (ICPSP) has appointed a reknowned gender activist, Dr Adeola Ekine as a member of its Advisory Council.
The appointment was conveyed in an official letter dated July 21, 2026, signed by the Associate Registrar and Secretary to the Institute Council, Mrs. Omolara Adelakun, on behalf of the Institute Council.
According to the letter, the appointment followed the Council’s careful consideration of Dr. Ekine’s distinguished academic achievements, exemplary leadership, professional accomplishments, and sustained contributions to the communications and public affairs profession.

Dr. Adeola Ekine currently serves as the Special Adviser to the National President of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) and is the Head of the Public Affairs Unit of the Lagos State Printing Corporation (LSPC).
Over the years, she has established herself as one of Nigeria’s foremost public relations and media professionals, with an outstanding record of service in journalism, strategic communication, public affairs, and institutional development.
A highly respected advocate for professional excellence, women empowerment, ethical journalism, and public sector reforms, Dr. Ekine has consistently demonstrated visionary leadership throughout her career.

Dr. (Mrs.) Adeola Ekine is an accomplished Public Affairs Practitioner, Communication Strategist, Public Relations Professional, Journalist, Leadership Advocate, and Media Consultant. She currently serves as the Special Adviser to the National President of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) and Head, Public Affairs Unit, Lagos State Printing Corporation (LSPC).
