IPADEV Founder, Fagboyo Bows Out as Inner Wheel President, Leaves Lasting Legacy

The Founder of the Inclusive Pathway Development Initiative (IPADEV), Dr. Margaret Fagboyo, has successfully concluded her tenure as the 8th President of the Inner Wheel Club of Ado-Ekiti Roses with a colourful Handover and Installation Ceremony held in Ado-Ekiti.

The well-attended event brought together distinguished guests, government officials, community leaders, friends, and members of the Inner Wheel family to celebrate a year of purposeful leadership, humanitarian service, and community impact.

During her tenure, Dr. Fagboyo delivered several impactful projects and initiatives that positively touched lives across communities. Her administration focused on women and youth empowerment, educational support, humanitarian interventions, health advocacy, leadership development, and strategic partnerships that strengthened the visibility and influence of the Club.

Members of the Club applauded her as an outstanding leader whose dedication, innovation, and commitment to service elevated the profile of the Inner Wheel Club of Ado-Ekiti Roses. Many described her tenure as transformational, noting that she raised the bar for excellence and positioned the Club for greater growth and relevance within the community.

Speaking at the ceremony, speakers commended her passion for humanitarian service, inclusive leadership, and commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable people through sustainable interventions.

The event also featured the installation of the two President, IWM Bosede Olauyi and IWM Ola Ademade who pledged to build on the solid foundation laid by her predecessor and continue advancing the ideals of Inner Wheel International through selfless service and community development.

Dr. Fagboyo expressed profound gratitude to God, members of the Club, partners, friends, and supporters for their encouragement throughout her tenure. She reaffirmed her commitment, as Founder of the Inclusive Pathway Development Initiative (IPADEV), to continue championing initiatives that promote inclusive development, women’s empowerment, and sustainable community transformation.

The ceremony concluded with goodwill messages, presentations, Empowerment and cash grant and renewed commitment by members to continue serving humanity with compassion, integrity, and excellence.
