WPO  Nig.  Rep., Babalola Alerts Govt.  on adverse effects of Protest, Charges Nigerians on Patience, Perseverance

The Country Representative of the World Peace Organisation (WPO) Prof. Olumuyiwa Babalola has called on the  governments at all levels  to consider the economic downturn affecting the Country for adequate solutions in order check mate the current situation and curtail subsequent  violence in the country.

 

Babalola also appealed to protesters   nationwide  to exercise more patience for the government in providing the necessary solutions.

The WPO country representative  who urged   the government  to cut the price of fuel, offer free and affordable education to the masses, added that  the roads, be fixed with  proper wages, curtailing security challenges , provision of electricity,  while the state of emergency  be also declared on inflation among others.

He urged on  ” patience by Nigerians for the government to address the country’s challenges and all the August 1st protesters to protest in a positive manner to avoid waste of lives and properties.”.
